A.2 Main characteristics of the service
A software service delivered over the internet (SaaS): AI-powered generation of ad creatives (scripts, images, videos, voice-overs, copy) from a product or website link; publishing, measurement and optimisation on the advertising and social media accounts connected by the Buyer. Usage is measured in credits; the credit amount and capabilities of each plan are shown on the pricing page and on the purchase screen. There is no delivery of physical goods. Ad spend paid to advertising platforms is not the subject of this agreement and is charged separately by the platform.
A.3 Total price, taxes and payment
The price is the amount shown on the purchase screen. Prices include 20% VAT. The total you see at the payment step is the amount that will be charged; there are no additional shipping, delivery or other costs.
No payment provider is configured in this installation, so no sales are being made. Your card details are not seen or stored by Satıcı; they are transmitted directly to the licensed payment institution. The Seller is informed only of the outcome and amount of the payment and the transaction reference.
A.4 Term, renewal and termination
Subscription plans are offered in monthly periods and renew automatically at the end of each period using the same payment method until the Buyer cancels. The Buyer may cancel the subscription from the panel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Until that date the service and remaining credits can continue to be used; after that, access to the service and the remaining credits are closed. Details: Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy.
A.5 Performance
The service is performed instantly in electronic form: upon confirmation of payment, the plan's capabilities are unlocked and the credits are added to the account.
A.6 Right of withdrawal
Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15(1)(ğ), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form. By completing the payment step, you accept that you consent to the instant performance of the service and that you are aware that, for this reason, you have no right of withdrawal.
A.7 Complaints and objections
You can submit complaints via the in-panel support form. In disputes, you may apply, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) at your place of residence.
