This English version is provided for information. In case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.
14ads connects to the platforms below on your behalf and with your permission. These platforms are independent companies; your accounts, ad spend and content are subject to their terms and policies. By connecting a platform, you confirm that you have accepted that platform's terms listed below and that you are bound to comply with them. The general rules are in Section 8 of the Terms of Use.
1. Rules common to all platforms
- Account and responsibility: The connected ad account, page and profile belong to you; you are the advertiser. Compliance with the platform's advertising policies, community guidelines and local law is your responsibility.
- Ad spend: Charged by the platform directly to your payment method; 14ads does not collect this amount and cannot refund it. Under their own delivery rules, platforms may exceed the daily budget on some days.
- Review and enforcement: Decisions on ad approval/rejection, restricted access and account suspension belong to the platform. 14ads cannot change these decisions; it shows rejection reasons in the dashboard.
- Minimum data: We request only the permissions shown on the connection screen and use the data only for the actions you request. Tokens are stored in an encrypted vault.
- Removing a connection: You can remove it at any time from the Connected accounts screen in the dashboard or from the platform setting listed below. Once removed, no new actions are taken and stored tokens are deleted; ads already running on the platform must be stopped separately on the platform.
- Changes: Platform API and policy changes may affect a feature temporarily or permanently.
2. Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads)
Access: listing your ad accounts, Facebook Pages and connected Instagram accounts; creating, updating and pausing campaigns, ad sets and ads; reading ad performance; publishing posts and reading post insights on the pages and profiles you authorize; and, if you connect it, sending aggregated conversion events via the Conversions API.
Applicable terms: Meta Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use, Meta Commercial Terms, Meta Advertising Standards, for conversion data the Meta Business Tools Terms, and the Meta Privacy Policy.
Removal: You can remove 14ads under Facebook Settings > Business integrations / Apps and websites. To have your data deleted, see the data deletion instructions.
Ads about social issues, elections or politics are subject to Meta's additional authorization and “paid for by” disclaimer requirements; you must complete the required steps for such ads on Meta yourself.
3. TikTok (TikTok Ads and content posting)
Access: listing your TikTok for Business ad accounts; creating, updating and pausing campaigns and ads (including Smart+); uploading videos; reading performance and ad review results; and, if you connect content posting, your profile information and publishing the videos you authorize to your profile.
Applicable terms: TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, the TikTok Commercial Terms of Service and the TikTok Advertising Policies (the version you accepted in your TikTok for Business account). When you post a video on TikTok, you accept the TikTok Music Usage Confirmation.
TikTok requires realistic-looking AI-generated content to be labeled; using the AI-generated content label when posting is your obligation as the advertiser.
Removal: In the TikTok app, go to Settings and privacy > Security > App permissions; for ad account authorization, you can remove 14ads's access in your TikTok for Business (Business Center) settings.
4. Google (Google Ads, Search Console, Analytics)
Access: creating, updating and pausing campaigns and ads and reading performance in your Google Ads accounts; if you use the Visibility Agent, viewing your Search Console and Analytics data with read-only permission.
Limited Use disclosure: 14ads's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Applicable terms: Google Terms of Service, Google Ads policies, the Google Ads Terms and Conditions you accepted in your Google Ads account, and the Google Privacy Policy.
Removal: You can remove 14ads's access on the Google Account > Security > Third-party access page.
5. OpenAI — ChatGPT Ads
Because ChatGPT Ads does not offer OAuth, you enter the API key for your own ad account in the dashboard yourself. The key is stored encrypted and used only to create and update campaigns and read performance. ChatGPT Ads does not support video ads; only text/image formats are used on this channel.
Applicable terms: OpenAI Terms of Use, OpenAI Usage Policies and the advertising terms you accepted in your ChatGPT Ads account.
Removal: Delete the key in the dashboard and revoke it in your OpenAI ad account.
6. LinkedIn
Access: basic profile information (name, profile ID) and publishing the posts you schedule on your personal LinkedIn profile. Nothing is posted on behalf of a company page. Applicable terms: LinkedIn User Agreement and LinkedIn Privacy Policy. Removal: LinkedIn Settings > Data privacy > Permitted services.
7. Site and store integrations (Bing, WordPress, Shopify, ikas, WooCommerce)
- Bing Webmaster Tools: reading your site's search data with your API key.
- WordPress, Shopify, ikas: using an application password/access token, writing only the page changes you approve; every change is recorded so it can be reverted.
- Shopify and WooCommerce order notifications: receiving order events sent by your store for conversion measurement (Privacy Policy Section 5).
These integrations are subject to the respective service's own terms. You can remove the connection from the dashboard and also revoke the key/application password you created in that service.
8. AI and media generation providers
For generating ad copy, scripts, images, video and audio, we use providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Kling, HeyGen and ElevenLabs under 14ads's own account; no account is opened with these providers on your behalf and no customer identity data is sent to them. Generated content must comply with these providers' usage policies (prohibited content rules); requests that violate them may be refused.
