Terms of Service
Last updated: 15.10.2026
This English version is provided for information. In case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.
These Terms of Service and Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between Satıcı (“14ads”, “we”, “us”) and the individual or legal entity (“User”, “you”) using the services offered through the 14ads.com website and application. By creating an account, starting a trial or purchasing a paid plan, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Agreement. Paid purchases are additionally governed by the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy.
1. Definitions
- Service: AI-powered generation of ad creatives (scripts, images, videos, voice-overs, copy) from a product or website link; publishing, measurement and optimisation on connected advertising and social media accounts; the content calendar; the Visibility Agent (search and AI visibility), to the extent offered; and all related software functions.
- Account: the area through which the User accesses the Service and manages team members and brands.
- Credit: the unit of measurement for generation operations in the Service. Credits have no monetary value; they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
- Plan / Subscription: the amount of credits and capabilities provided for a given period; it renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
- Third-Party Platform: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Google (Ads, Search Console, Analytics), OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads), LinkedIn, Bing, WordPress, Shopify, ikas and any other service the User connects.
- Ad Spend: the amount charged by Third-Party Platforms to the User's ad account for running ads. Ad Spend is not part of the 14ads plan price.
- Output: the ads, images, videos, audio and copy generated by the Service for the User.
2. Account, registration and security
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you register on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind that company. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at registration is accurate and up to date; your email address must be verified before your first generation.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity in your account. Actions taken by people you add to your team are deemed to be taken on behalf of your account; you decide who is added and with which permissions. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must change your password immediately and notify us.
3. Scope of the Service
The Service generates ads from the links and information you provide; if you give approval or turn on autonomous mode, it publishes those ads on your own ad accounts, measures the results and makes budget and creative changes within the limits you set. The capabilities included in each plan are shown on the pricing page and in the panel.
The Service is continuously developed software; features may be added, changed or removed. If we remove an essential capability of a paid plan during a billing period, we will notify you in advance. Features marked “beta” or “preview” are provided as is. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; we announce planned maintenance in advance wherever possible.
4. Free trial
New accounts may be granted a 14-day free trial and a limited amount of trial credits. No payment details are required for the trial, and the trial does not convert automatically into a paid subscription. When the trial period or the trial credits run out, generation and publishing are switched off; your data remains in your account. The amount and conditions of trial credits may change without prior notice; in case of abuse (such as opening multiple accounts), the trial entitlement will be revoked.
5. Credits
- The number of credits each generation operation consumes is shown in the panel before the operation; credits are deducted when the operation starts.
- Credits for a generation that cannot be completed due to a technical error or that fails quality control are restored to your account as credits; this is not a refund of fees.
- While your subscription remains active, unused credits roll over to the next period; the accumulated balance may not exceed 2 times the monthly quota, and any excess is deducted at renewal.
- When the subscription ends (when the period of a cancelled subscription expires, or when it closes because payment could not be collected), any remaining credits can no longer be used and will under no circumstances be converted into money or refunded.
- All credit movements are visible in the credit ledger in the panel.
6. Fees, payment and renewal
Plan fees are the amounts shown at the time of purchase. Prices include 20% VAT. Payments are collected through an authorised payment institution on that institution's secure payment page. Your card details (card number, expiry date, security code) never reach 14ads servers and are not stored by 14ads.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period using the same payment method. Price increases are notified to existing subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance and apply from the first renewal after the notice; if you do not accept them, you may cancel before the renewal.
If a renewal payment cannot be collected, your access is not closed immediately; a grace period of 7 days applies, during which you can update your payment method. If payment has still not been collected at the end of that period, the subscription ends and the rule in Section 5 applies.
7. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click from the subscription screen in your panel; no reason is required.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Until that date you keep using your plan and remaining credits; no charge is made for the next period.
- When the period ends, generation, publishing and automatic optimisation are switched off and remaining credits can no longer be used. Your campaigns, Outputs and reports remain viewable in your account until you delete them.
- Fees paid are non-refundable, and no refund is made for partial periods. The exceptions (duplicate or erroneous charges and cases required by law) are set out in the Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy.
- Your campaigns on connected ad platforms are subject to the rules of the relevant Third-Party Platform. When your access ends, campaigns managed by 14ads are paused; Ad Spend is not refunded by 14ads.
8. Third-party platforms and ad spend
You connect your advertising and social media accounts to the Service with your own authorisation. These accounts are yours; the agreements and policies between you and the relevant platform (advertising policies, commercial terms, community guidelines) apply to you directly. Details and how to disconnect are set out on the Third-Party Platform Terms page.
- Ad Spend is charged by the platform directly to your payment method; 14ads does not collect, hold or refund this money.
- You set the daily and total budget. Under their own rules, platforms may spend more than the daily budget on some days; this is the platform's delivery policy, and billing follows the platform's rules.
- Approval or rejection of ads, the number of impressions and suspension of accounts are decisions of the relevant platform. 14ads does not guarantee that an ad will be approved or that any particular result (sales, clicks, ROAS) will be achieved.
- If you turn on autonomous mode, the Service may pause ads, shift budget and publish new creatives within the budget cap and rules you set. These actions are deemed to be taken on your instructions; you can stop autonomous mode and your campaigns at any time.
- Changes to platforms' APIs, access permissions or policies may prevent a feature from working; such cases are not deemed a fault of 14ads, and we will try to adapt as quickly as possible.
9. AI-generated content
- Outputs are generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions or misleading statements. Before publishing, it is your responsibility to check the accuracy of Outputs, price and campaign information, and any health, financial or similarly sensitive claims.
- Some platforms and laws require realistic-looking AI content to be labelled or disclosed. Applying any required labelling is your responsibility as the advertiser; the Service recommends that you use the settings it provides for this purpose.
- By the nature of AI, similar Outputs may be generated for other users from similar inputs; Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique.
- You may not generate ads that use the image, voice or name of real people (including celebrities) without permission, or that contain misleading “before/after” claims or fake customer reviews.
- The Service limits AI requests to prevent abuse and cost escalation (rate limits, daily usage caps, temporary suspension). When these limits are reached, the relevant operation may be stopped with a notice.
10. User obligations and prohibited use
You may not use the Service for any of the following:
- promoting products and services that violate Turkish law or the law of the country where the ad is shown (illegal substances, weapons, unlicensed medicines, unauthorised gambling, counterfeit goods, etc.);
- content that violates advertising law, in particular the Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices (Ticari Reklam ve Haksız Ticari Uygulamalar Yönetmeliği), that is misleading, breaches the rules on comparative advertising or deceives consumers;
- content that infringes the trademark, copyright, personality or privacy rights of others, or generating ads from the content of a website you have no rights to;
- content containing hate speech, violence, abuse or discrimination, or content harmful to children;
- attempting to circumvent the Service's security measures, usage limits or trial rules, sending excessive requests with automated tools, reverse engineering, or reselling the Service to others (except under agency plans);
- using the Service to violate the policies of Third-Party Platforms or to circumvent restrictions on those platforms.
If these rules are breached, we may remove the relevant content, pause campaigns, suspend the account or terminate this Agreement. Administrative fines, platform sanctions and third-party claims arising from the breach are borne by the User; you agree to indemnify 14ads for any loss it suffers as a result.
11. Intellectual property
- The Service's software, interface, brand and documentation belong to 14ads; you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for the term of this Agreement.
- Content you upload or link to the Service (product images, logos, copy) belongs to you or your licensors. You grant us the permission necessary to process and store this content and transmit it to Third-Party Platforms for the purpose of providing the Service, and you represent that you hold the necessary rights to it.
- You may use Outputs you have paid for in your own business, without limitation as to time or territory, provided that such use complies with the law and this Agreement. Licensed music or stock elements used in Outputs may be subject to their own licence terms.
- We will not use your Outputs publicly as examples or showcases without your written permission. To improve the Service we use only de-identified, aggregate statistics.
12. Protection of personal data
14ads is the data controller for your account and usage data; details are set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
For data relating to your own customers (for example conversion/order events sent from your store, or ad audiences), you are the data controller and 14ads is a data processor acting solely on your instructions. In this capacity 14ads: processes the data only to provide the Service; takes the technical and organisational measures required by Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK); transfers the data only to the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy and to the platforms you choose; notifies you without undue delay upon becoming aware of a data breach; and deletes the data when this Agreement ends. It is your obligation to inform the data subjects and, where required, obtain their explicit consent before collecting such data.
13. Suspension and termination
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account; cancellation of a paid subscription is governed by Section 7. We may suspend the Service in whole or in part, or terminate this Agreement, in the event of a breach of this Agreement, the law or Third-Party Platform policies, non-payment, a security risk or a request from a competent authority. Except in cases of serious breach, we will first notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy the issue. Fees paid are not refunded where termination results from your fault.
14. Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided “as is”. No warranty is given as to ad performance, sales, reach or platform approval.
- 14ads is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation, Ad Spend, decisions or outages of Third-Party Platforms, or the consequences of actions you approved or that were taken under your rules in autonomous mode.
- 14ads's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the plan fees paid by the User to 14ads in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the loss.
- These limitations do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to consumers' statutory rights that cannot be limited by contract.
15. Force majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for its obligations for the duration of events beyond the parties' control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, cyber attacks, outages of energy or communications infrastructure, general outages of AI, cloud or payment providers, Third-Party Platforms shutting off access, and decisions of public authorities.
16. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement due to changes in the law, the Service or Third-Party Platforms. We announce changes that materially affect your rights by email or panel notification at least 30 days before they take effect; if you do not accept a change, you may cancel your subscription within that period. Changes do not apply to past purchases.
17. Notices and evidence
Notices to you are sent to the email address on your account or as panel notifications. You can send notices to us via the in-panel support form. In disputes, 14ads's electronic records, transaction logs and audit logs constitute evidence under Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure (HMK); consumers' right to submit evidence to the contrary is reserved.
18. Governing law and dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Users who qualify as consumers may apply, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) at their place of residence. For disputes with users who are merchants or public legal entities, the courts and enforcement offices at the location of 14ads's headquarters have jurisdiction.
19. Entry into force
This Agreement enters into force when the account is created and remains in force until the account is deleted. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected. This English translation is provided for information only; in the event of any conflict, the Turkish text prevails.
