The accumulated balance cannot exceed 2× your monthly quota, and any excess is deducted at renewal and recorded in your credit ledger. When you cancel, you keep using the service until the end of the period you paid for; fees are not refunded.

To publish you need to connect an ad account (Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok); access credentials are stored encrypted and you can disconnect at any time. Without connecting, you can still download the ads and upload them yourself.

Yes. 10 credits are added to your account when you sign up, and we don't ask for a card. A campaign uses 10 credits, so the trial credit covers exactly one campaign. A second campaign (and buying campaign credits) requires a plan. With the trial you can produce and watch your ads; publishing them on any ad platform requires a plan.

By default 10 different video variants are produced; each tests a different hook, pace or narrative. You can raise this number depending on your plan. Each variant uses 1 credit.

No. Ads are created paused on the platform; nothing is spent until you start them from the panel. While a campaign runs, the default mode is recommendations: the system suggests raising budget or pausing and waits for your approval.
